We are proud to announce that the team from the Preimplantation Laboratory at GNTlabs by GENNET, led by Jakub Horák, is a co-author of a prestigious publication in Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group): “Combined SNP parental haplotyping and intensity analysis identifies meiotic and mitotic aneuploidies and frequent segmental aneuploidies in preimplantation human embryos.”

In our molecular genetics laboratory, we have now run over 100 WES libraries (Whole Exome Sequencing) on our state-of-the-art Illumina NovaSeq. This means that in just 20 months, we have analyzed 20,000 samples with this technology!

The 34th Annual Izakovič Memorial provided GNTlabs by GENNET with another opportunity to present our results and engage in professional discussions with colleagues from other institutions. The main topics of the conference included clinical genetics, molecular genetics, prenatal diagnostics, and oncogenetics. Our team contributed with both lectures and posters.
