Our team

Jakub Horák, has been the Director of Preimplantation Genetic Testing at GNTlabs by GENNET since 2021. He studied Molecular Biology and Genetics at Masaryk University in Brno. He subsequently completed his doctoral studies in Germany at the University of Tübingen. After eleven years of study and basic research in the field of molecular biology and genetics, he joined the Laboratory of Medical and Reproductive Genetics Repromeda Brno. He has actively participated in the expansion of new methods and technologies of preimplantation genetic testing. In 2023, he was elected to the committee of the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society (PGDIS).

Eva Račochová is an expert certified in testing methods in medical genetics – clinical cytogenetics. She has many years of experience as an expert in laboratory methods (General University Hospital, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics – Department of Medical Genetics – Cytogenetic Laboratory, Genvia s.r.o.) From 2018, she worked as deputy head of the molecular-genetic laboratory at GHC GENETICS, s.r.o. At GNTlabs by GENNET, she is head of the Preimplantation Genetic Testing laboratory.

Michaela Duchková is a coordinator for preimplantation genetic testing at GNTlabs by GENNET. She has been part of the GENNET team since 2023. She gained her previous work experience in Czech and multinational companies, where she most often worked as an office manager, general manager assistant and senior manager assistant.

Lenka Činátlová graduated as a medical laboratory technician at the Secondary School and College of Health Sciences Alšovo nábřeží. Then she worked at the Department of Cytogenetics at the Thomayer Hospital in Prague. After that she spent several years in gynaecological cytology at the Cancer Prevention Centre for Women. At the same time she completed a specialisation study in Gynaecological Cytology. In 2005, she joined the Cytogenetics Laboratory of GENNET, where she later obtained the position of laboratory manager. She gradually extended her education by taking the certification exam in Medical Genetics in 2010. Subsequently, she graduated from the bachelor's program in Medical Bioanalytics at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Kralove, which ended with an exam in 2014. Since 2021 she is part of the team of the newly established PGT Laboratory.

Mgr. Jindřiška Krmelová is the Deputy Head of the Preimplantation Genetic Testing Laboratory at GNTlabs by GENNET. She holds a double major degree in Mathematics and Biology from the University of Ostrava. After completing her master's studies, she focused on applied mathematics with fuzzy modeling and also worked in education. Before joining GNTlabs, she served as the Head of Central Sample Reception at EUC Laboratory. She joined GNTlabs in 2019, starting in the cytogenetics department, and since 2021, she has been actively involved in developing the newly established laboratory for preimplantation genetic testing. Her work includes implementing new methods, automation, optimization of laboratory processes, and the digitalization of data transfer. She actively participates in both national and international scientific conferences. She is currently completing her specialist training in clinical genetics.
